How many cut and scrapes did your munchkins get over the holiday weekend? Baby D managed to slip off the edge of a dock, trip over all the dogs running around and get a carpet burn on his little knee. Whether your kids are still trying to master the art of walking or are outdoor-loving teenagers, there will always be bumps and bruises to attend to. So gone are the days of pail beige, flesh-tones bandages. Nexcare Decorated Bandages with 3M technology offer your kids cool tattoo designs, as well as, Comfort Pals which are more soft and gentle.
- High School Musical

Only had 2 break-the-skin injuries this holiday weekend… my 3 yr old turned over a cement block onto his shin while playing in a dirt pile — this was about 15 min after I suggested our 5 yr old neighbor girl do a cartwheel facing the opposite way and she ate it on the driveway. (Um, no comments on parenting and/or neighboring skillz please!) BUT, all was well with some themed-bandaids. SpongeBob (ack) for the 3 yr old, and Hannah Montana for the 5 yr old. Bless those bandaid makers!!
It’s amazing how quickly character-themed bandages can “cure” a boo boo!
