Turn blah veggies into a most sought after snack! I’m sure every mom out there has attempted to mask the flavor of the dreaded, unwanted vegetable. Typically, ketchup and ranch dressing are the first condiments to go for. Chances are if you get your kids involved in the process of eating, i.e. dipping, they are more likely to be interested to try to tastes and flavors. I do admit to owning a recipe book that teaches all about pureeing fruits and vegetables and sneaking extra nutrients in all sorts of foods (even brownies!), so far there isn’t a thing my kid won’t eat. So for now, I try to introduce all sorts of flavor combinations in hopes Baby D’s love for food won’t start to get picky! Try these crazy concoctions. Do you have any tips to share?
