I was so impressed with the quality of her pieces, they were so soft and they seemed to be made with the highest quality. And one thing that really stood out to me, that is sometimes hard to come by, is her emphasis on customer service. Yes, many businesses claim that the customer is always right, but Laura holds true to this statement. If any item from Petit Fleur Designs needs to be altered or repaired for any reason, they will try and try again until the customer is happy and the problem is solved.
