Mommy-daughter day is always a great day, and today was no different. I love it when we receive products for review that involve my girls because it gives us an excuse to put everything aside and have some fun together. So when we got our Piggy Paint in the mail I couldn’t wait to put it to the test. We received the Nail Polish Remover and the Forever Fancy, hot pink polish, and I was immediately impressed with the adorably piggy polish. So to start (as you can see below) we had to tackle my daughter blue sparkly, and chipping, toes. Her nana loves to take her to get pedicures (it’s their “thing” that they love to do together) and she always gets to pick her own color. If you are familiar with polish you know that the glitter polish is nearly impossible to remove, so I had to take that into account. I didn’t think the “safe, odorless, and hypoallergenic” Piggy Polish would do the trick, but it did. It may have taken a little more effort than normal, and a couple cotton balls of remover to get it all the blue off, but just knowing that I wasn’t rubbing toxic ingredients that smell like battery acid all over my princesses little piggies was enough to make it worth all the time in the world. (Iwas traumatized at the age of 5 in an incident that involved a bathing suit, tears, and an entire bottle of nail polish remover dumping in my lap, ouchie!) So to find a product that actually removes the polish, hardly has a smell at all, and is said to be as “Natural as Mud” makes our nail painting parties much more relaxing and carefree.

The nail polish itself was incredible! When applied it went on evenly, with a smooth, clump-free finish. I quickly put on one coat, and a thin second layer and we were done before she had the chance to get restless. I can honestly say that this was the best polish i have ever used on my little girl. It is so hard when polishes are uneven, clumpy or runny, especially when working with little ones, so I was thrilled when we were done in minutes. With the perfect consistency, Piggy Paint hit the mark and got an “A” in my book. I am not the only one loving this product, check out the Tori & Dean Home Sweet Hollywood episode when “Piggy Paint” attends little Stella’s birthday bash!
