mom tried it | homemade slipper socks

We have recently been faced with the dilemma of slip-and-slide baby. As the weather cools down it is time to start wearing warmer PJ’s and to keep socks on those little piggies. So what do you do when you have tile or wood floors in your house? You turn to MomTriedIt for the best DIY ever. Well it may not be the best ever (she has too many great ideas!) but it is exactly what I have been needing. Get yourself a package of socks, some puffy paint, and a piece of cardboard/paper to use as a divider (you don’t want them to stick together) and you are ready to go. All you have to do is get creative and plop some of that puffy paint onto the bottom of those plain socks and you have a no-slip slipper! She does recommend keeping the colors and designs consistent so that washing and organizing goes smoothly. After all, we all know the wash machine likes to eat socks for dinner, why else would we come up one short all the time?

Make sure you visit her site to get more amazing ideas and useful tips. I am telling you, you are going to get sucked in, there are so many great posts.

Wow! Thank you so much for the compliment and link! I just found this or I would have thanked you sooner. I am blushing. This is a great site (with or without my link ;-) ).
