Introducing Mioara’s international cooking style…IN A DASH!

Hi everyone. I’m Mioara Farah. I am of Romanian origin living in Lebanon  for almost 20 years. During this time I have created my own way of cooking basic recipes by combining the styles, ingredients  and spices from from many cultures in creating my cuisine. My goal is to simplify the recipes to save time, but improving the taste. The main reason I take interest in so many foods is to cook healthy, easy and fast for my family and friends. I loathe complicated recipes with long lists of ingredients. We women, spend so much time in stores to provide for home and then in the kitchen. Wouldn’t time be best spent if we tried to make our life a lot easier?  To have more time to relax or do something WE like?  I hope that you enjoy my style of cooking.

Besides a food obsession our family owns a large event planning shop in Jounieh, Lebanon. Wouroud is a magical place for hands-on flower design like you’ve never seen–spectacular firework displays, custom haute couture bridal gowns and so much more.
