Between Toni and I, we have quite a long list of sites that would go in the book of fave’s, but Hostess with the Mostess would definitely make the first page. I always look forward to getting inspiring new ideas as I wait for the HWTM site to load. It NEVER fails, I always see something I can’t wait to share. Today it is the Edible Arrangements. And not your typical fruit arrangements, we are talking veggies here. What an awesome idea. My daughter may be hesitant to eat a radish, but if it comes on a stick and looks like a flower I might have a fighting chance. Kids love veggie trays so why not step it up a notch and make it a beautiful arrangement?
I can’t wait for our next event, I want to get those little miniature flower pots and make mini arrangements for the kiddos. With an assortment of yummy “dippits” (that’s what my daughter calls EVERY type of dip) the kids will love them! In fact, that just give me a great idea for a party. It will be a “Secret Garden” party. These will be them yummy appetizers, and we will have my favorite dessert, Mud Pudding. Each of the kiddos can eat their veggies and then we will paint their little pots and plant a seed so that each of them can take home their very own. See, this is why I love Hostess with the Mostess. I read a post they did, I started to share it with all of you, and I am completely inspired for an upcoming party and theme. Now I will have to keep checking back for some more amazing garden party ideas. Thanks HWTM!
