With my first daughter, I used your basic baby bassinet that sat on its stand with rollers next to the bed. It had the single ruffle around the sides, with the vibrating and lullaby control, said to “soothe” her to sleep. With my second daughter, I used my Moses basket, and loved that I could easily use it when we traveled to grandma’s house, or on our occasional road trips. I recently came across this super modern baby bassinet that offers the best of both worlds. It looks great in its stand at home, and can be removed for those weekends away or one-night trips.
The Ninna-Nanna was created by the Monte Design group. I love the introductory sentence on their site:
“We don’t believe that bassinets should look like poufy 1980’s wedding dresses.”
It’s so true!! No more lacey frills, this co-sleeper nanna bassinet would look great in any room of the house. Now I haven’t personally seen one to vouch for the quality, but it sure looks nice and comfortable for baby. Do you have a Ninna-Nanna Bassinet? I would love to get feedback, please share below in the comments. Is this modern sleeper as incredible as it looks? Here are some of the details I found online at babygeared.com:
