When it comes to home decor, one of my latest obsessions is open storage shelving in the kitchen. While the thought of having to keep my stored dinnerware in order is a bit intimidating, I love that it is completely exposed. While living abroad in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, I have come to appreciate the importance of organization and efficient use of shelving and storage–especially in the kitchen. The simple removal of cabinet doors can really open up tight quarters. Take it a step further by splashing your space with your favorite shade of white for a brighter space.
