I don’t know what else to really say except that MY LIFE IS MY FAMILY-like so many of you out there.  After dealing with a quarter life crisis out of college I was forced to choose love or a career. Being surrounded by parents who’ve been together since 5th grade and are still so happy, I figured I couldn’t lose with love. So I packed my bags and made the conscious decision to support my husband’s career…

We live an unconventional  lifestyle that takes us abroad for the greater part of the year. Our family has called many places home, from Europe to Asia, and we have immersed ourselves in many cultures. There are many ups and downs. My favorites are all the new shopping adventures, each place we go. We took a giant leap last year and decided to have a beautiful baby boy in a far away land away from all of our family and loved ones. With my creative advertising background, a passion for fine details, a knack for shopping on a budget and a minor (ok, MAJOR) obsession with the Internet, I finally found the answers to my problems in an amazing place known as Dubai. Shannon and I met and immediately hit it off. We have so much in common and have such great ideas together that we were bound to do something wonderful as a team. After giving up pieces of ourselves here and there (especially through motherhood), we finally found the motivation to give something back and share it with the world.  Hope you enjoy our ideas, inspiration and conversation.
